How do I gain access to KRONOS

To gain login access to the KRONOS system for purposes of entering time, editing employee’s timecards, scheduling, approving and signing-off timecards, etc…

**An employee must attend a KRONOS System Fundamentals Training before we can grant access to the KRONOS system. **

  • Before registering for training, the employee’s supervisor must first submit a “New User Request Form".

    • NOTE: Level of access breakdown
      • Level 1 – Timekeeper:  Allow KRONOS managers to edit timecards, maintain schedules, and run daily reports.
      • Level 2 – Supervisor Manager:  Allow supervisors or managers to edit and Approve timecards, create and maintain schedules, setup and run reports, and create and maintain Hyperfind Queries.
      • Level 3 – Senior Manager:  Allow departmental managers the ability to edit, Approve, and Sign Off on timecards.  They can also create and maintain schedules, setup and run reports, and create and maintain Hyperfind Queries.
  • After the form is verified the employee has the choice of attending online training or registering for in-person training.
